Basically, you give your phone number to that list, and telemarketers are not allowed to call it. It is struck from master lists of phone numbers and shit. It's pretty hot. Our telemarketing calls have dropped to almost none since we signed up for it. If they call, they get in deep shit with the government. Huge fines and stuff.
